Willows and Wine is searching for another incredibly smart, quick witted and loveable employee. And YOU have the opportunity to be a part of our team. This is a casual customer service position, so be prepared to talk to plenty of humans and to pour them delicious drinks. Yep, we are selling the bar but the chosen one will have the opportunity to join us on our exhilarating adventures next year.

Not really. Why are you applying here?

Your main role will be customer service and bartending. Although, there will be some bookselling, you will be mainly working in hospitality. Thus, we are looking for employees who are enthusiastic and excited to interact with customers. Be prepared for chats about wine, books and cheese!

Must be over 18 with a Victorian RSA (or completing a Victorian RSA within the next 2 weeks).
You do not need prior hospitality or retail experience, but an ability and willingness to communicate and converse with customers is mandatory.

We are looking for someone to work 1-2 shifts per week, usually on weekends. We ask that you are available on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

It is true! But this process will take till the end of the year, and all other staff will have a place of employment secured for them in our next adventure. You may have an opportunity to come with us also!
